By participating in Marie Sharp's USA, LLC Affiliate internet marketing program through Refersion Inc. 1) Payouts will generally occur after 30 days when the purchaser pays in a single installment. Sales where the purchaser purchased in installments will result in commission being paid out as the purchaser pays their installments.

3) The tools, products, and creative assets (collectively, “Assets”) that is provided to you by MarieSharpsUSA.com and Refersion,

provide valuable information vital to the success of the program, including information that helps to make sure transactions generated by you are properly attributed to you for payout calculations. Thus, each of these assets must be used in their intended manners as instructed by Refersion. You agree that you will not corrupt, modify or disable the tracking functionality provided to you related to the Program.

4) Promotion on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Reddit, and other social media platforms are permitted, following these general guidelines:

You are allowed and encouraged to use your generated affiliate link on YOUR social media sites or those of family or friends. You must follow us (Marie Sharp's USA) on your personal and business social media accounts and we kindly request that you actively LIKE and SHARE company branded content routinely to build brand momentum and potentiate your own marketing endeavors.

5) You must consent and click "Yes" to all sign-up boxes for text message/e-mail offers and any other tracking or cookie permissions and consent to receive recurring automated marketing by text messages/e-mail offers at the number provided, and agree that texts/e-mails may be sent using an auto dialer or other technology. 6) You ARE PROHIBITED from posting your affiliate links on Marie Sharp's Social Media company pages in an attempt to turn those links into affiliate sales.

Any photos, videos and content posted on behalf of Marie Sharp's USA, LLC and this Affiliate program may be shared or reused in Marie Sharp's USA, LLC marketing materials.
